What is I'tidal accompanied thuma'ninah ?

How to stand upright after waking up from rukû '. I'tidâl is a rukun qashîrah (short) that should not be extended. In fact, if prolonging i'tidâl is not for reading the prescribed dhikr (it could be due to reading unloved dhikr or silence) so as to match the length of reading Fâtihah, then the prayer is void At the time i'tidâl hand sunnat (recommended) to removed straight down and not move it. Whereas when waking up from rukû 'to do i'tidâl sunnat (recommended) to  read: 

سمع الله لمن حمده

"Sami'allahulimanhamidah"

Meaning: Allah is Hearing to those who praise HimWhen the position of the body is upright (i'tidâl) then sunnat (recommended) to read: 

ربنا لك الحمد ملء السموات وملء الارض وملء ما شئت من شيئ بعد

"Rabbanaa lakalhamdu milussamawaati wamil ul ardhi wamil umaasyi^ ta minsyai immba'du"

It means: O God our Lord, to thee praise the fullness of the heavens and the earth and full of the goods which You will afterwards.
