THE Prayer Before Meal / Eating
Before meal we are advised to read the following prayers
"Allahumma baarik llanaa fiima razaqtanaa waqinaa adzaa ban-naar"
Meaning :
Oh God, bless the sustenance you give us, and keep us from the torment of
hell fire
