Prostration twice accompanied thuma'ninah

The trick, by putting seven limbs above the place of prayer, the forehead, both knees, both palms and the palms of the fingers of both feet.The recommended in the implementation of prostration as follows:
1) put both knees to the place of prayer first and stretch them about one inch; then
2) put the palms of the hands straight with the shoulders, while the arms are lifted (not attached to the place of prayer), and tighten the fingers without grasping and facing them towards the Qiblah; then
3) putting the forehead together by putting the nose, while the eyes are not closed;
4) stretch the sole of the foot approximately one inch, straighten and show it (not covered) and confront the back of the fingers towards QiblaThere are several conditions that must be fulfilled in doing prostration:
1. First, lower the body with the intention of doing prostration. So if, for example, he fell from i'tidâl because of drowsiness without any intention to perform prostration then his prostration is not considered, and must return to i'tidâl.
2. Secondly, the seven members of the prostration (forehead, two palms, two knees, left and right toes) simultaneously while performing prostration. So, when one of the hands of one palm is raised, and when the palm of the hand is placed, another member of the prostration is lifted, so his prostration is not enough.
3. Third, put some forehead with open state. If there is a prohibition on the forehead of the prostration, the prostration is invalid unless the barrier is a bandage covering the entire forehead caused by a wound if it is negative if released, then the prostration remains valid.
 4. Fourth, the forehead should be slightly emphasized to the place of prostration. The size of the pressure, approximately if for example placed cotton, then the cotton will be slashed.
5. Fifth, prostration done in a menungging position. This means the lower body position (buttocks and limbs around it) is higher than the head, shoulders and both hands. Thus, when reversed (the head position is higher or equal to the lower body), such as prostrating on the stairs and the head is on the upper step, then the prostration is invalid unless there is something that necessitates so.
6. Sixth, prostrate on other than the goods worn or carried by a person whose prayer moves with his movements. So if for example he is prostrate at the end of the turban he wears, then his prostration is invalid. Unless prostrate at the end of a long, unmoved turban when the mushalli performs a prayer movement, his prostration remains valid.When prostration, sunnat read tasbîh following three times:

سبحان ربي الأعلى وبحمده

"Subhana rabbiyala'laa wabihamdih"

Meaning: Glorify my Lord Most High and by His praise.
