الرَّابِعُ مِنْ الشُّرُوطِ (مَعْرِفَةُ طَرَفَيْ النَّهَارِ) يَقِينًا أَوْ ظَنًّا
لِتَحَقُّقِ إمْسَاكِ جَمِيعِ النَّهَارِ. تَنْبِيهٌ: انْفَرَدَ الْمُصَنِّفُ
بِهَذَا الرَّابِعِ وَكَأَنَّهُ أَخَذَهُ مِنْ قَوْلِهِمْ: لَوْ نَوَى بَعْدَ
الْفَجْرِ لَمْ يَصِحَّ صَوْمُهُ, أَوْ أَكَلَ مُعْتَقِدًا أَنَّهُ لَيْلٌ وَكَانَ
قَدْ طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ لَمْ يَصِحَّ أَيْضًا, وَكَذَا لَوْ أَكَلَ مُعْتَقِدًا
أَنَّ اللَّيْلَ دَخَلَ فَبَانَ خِلافُهُ لَزِمَهُ الْقَضَاءُ
